In this project, I came up with a whole business plan for an innovation gift registry brand in the US market. Report included competitor analyze, total addressable market analyze, revenue model, income scenario, customers personas, investment strategies in the slides.
The back ground of this project is US based, so it might be laking comprehensive research in global market. However, this project helps me understand how much work a start-up company should have done before it launches. I also learned the differentiation is one of the most important when finding a unique position in the market and be competitive.

Many people struggle to pick the perfect gift for their loved ones, and even though they try to find something their friend, partner, family member, or any relationship they might have with someone, need or actually want. It has also been a problem for those who hate getting things they don’t really like or need on their birthday. However, people are not happy about what's in the market already because gift registry is predominantly used for baby and weddings and less use for other holiday,birthday and events.
